Exchange Policy- 

We want you to love your Kariverse purchase! If something doesn’t fit or you prefer another size, we offer easy exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

The size doesn’t fit

You want a different colour/variant (subject to availability)

You received a defective or incorrect product

Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

Request must be placed within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We won't process exchange requests without product tags.

Tags must be intact

How to Request an Exchange

Reason for exchange

Clear pictures/unboxing video (if defective/wrong item)

Exchange Process

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share the return address.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will ship the replacement within 2–4 working days.

If the requested size/colour is unavailable, we will offer store credit valid for future purchases.

Exchange Shipping Charges

Cancellation Policy –

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at info.kariverse@gmail.com.

Cancellation is not possible once the order is processed or shipped.

If canceled on time, prepaid refunds will be issued within 5–7 working days.
