Refund policy

Refund Policy – 

We offer refunds only in cases where:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item

The product has a genuine manufacturing defect


To request a refund:

Email us at info.kariverse@gmail.com within 2 hours of delivery

Share your order ID and unboxing video/photos as proof


Please Note:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7- 10 working days after receiving back the product.

Used or washed products are not eligible

 


Return Policy –


We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request is placed within 24 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We won't accept returns without product tags.


Non-returnable items:

Sale/discount items

Custom-made or personalized items

Hygiene-sensitive categories (innerwear, etc.)

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case.
